IP camera diagnostic and service center is located in TechnoPark building C, Pardubice, Czech Republic, Europe.
Our service center is equipped by top diagnostic and repair tools for diagnostic and complicated repairs - from PCB cleaning ang FLASH memory programming to exchanges of discrete SMD components and integrated BGA chips.

Main responsibilities of our service center

• Handling warranty repairs of KOUKAAM a.s. company customers - if not agreed otherwise with our employee please send all Your RMA goods together with approved RMA Form to address of our service center.
• After warranty repairs - paid repairs of defecive goods from our portfolio, mainly VIVOTEK products.
• Spare parts and renewing - thanks to our service center and close cooperation with VIVOTEK Inc. we can offer sale of spare parts and renwing of VIVOTEK devices.
• VIVOTEK RMA repairs - our service center performs as a subdelivery in warranty repais of VIVOTEK devices, mainly for European customers of VIVOTEK Inc.
